It is February but, Spring is just around the corner. If you are thinking about Larissa and I coming to your house and doing a pre Spring inspection, please give either one of us a call and we’ll be happy to come out and give your house some ideas on a tune up. Larissa Laing is our new partner here at BHI. I welcome her to the team as she will be a most valuable asset moving forward. Larissa has been trained and certified as a Home Inspector through St. Clair Colleges’ training program affiliated with Carson Dunlop. Larissa also served in the Canadian Navy as an electrical technician. I have personally trained and accompanied Larissa for some time now. For myself to trust her with my business name, she has to be good. Larissa and I will share bookings and obviously allow for personal preferences.
Myself, John Binder have been inspecting homes for almost 20 years as of next year. I am proud to have been in business for this time period, going through market upheaval, pandemic, and general business complications associated with owning your own business. I have worked in heavy construction, as an Eco Energy inspector as well as, working with Tarion for warranty review. We will always be striving to keep our training top notch and constantly staying up to date with new construction methods and building code requirements.
